What I like most about Zoho Projects is how easy it is to organise my work, manage tasks and keep track of deadlines in one place. One area I feel Zoho Projects could improve is the user interface, which can sometimes feel a little cluttered, particularly when navigating between tasks, projects and reports. Some features take time to get familiar with, and customising views or generating specific reports could be more intuitive.
