What do you like best about Zoho Projects?

I like Zoho Projects because it provides a centralized platform to manage and track project activities, bugs, tickets, and tasks efficiently. It helps in monitoring work progress, assigning responsibilities, tracking effort hours, managing priorities, and maintaining transparency across teams. What do you dislike about Zoho Projects?

The user interface sometimes becomes slow or unresponsive when 20–30 users are added to the same task. In particular, while entering daily effort hours for multiple users, the application occasionally gets stuck or takes longer to respond. Zoho Projects helps us manage and track project-related activities, including bug tracking, ticket management, task assignments, and daily effort tracking. It provides better visibility into task progress, individual contributions, pending activities, and timelines.
