From pricing to ease of use, I like using Zoho Projects. I can jump in and set up a project with task lists and tasks in just a few minutes. In my first round of using Zoho Projects, I used their document folder, which gives you basic office-type programs, and that made my job a lot easier because it's a single source of truth. I have since linked SharePoint, and it works great. I've tried many others, but I came back to Zoho because of the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing really to dislike, but I would like a tab for a formal project plan or a charter. Sure, this could be separate and live in the documents folder or in SharePoint, but I think it would be nice to have it for review with one click.
