I really like the module customization in Zoho Projects because it allows us to create our own custom modules to fit our business needs. This flexibility has helped us a lot. I also appreciate the blueprints feature, where we can create specific processes for each module, helping us at the operational level. The automation based on these blueprints ensures that when a task is completed, our clients receive updates automatically, reducing our need to follow up manually. Maybe on the Teams and Teams spaces, it would be better if we could create multiple workspaces or teams inside the same Zoho Projects. The initial setups were not pretty much easy.
