What do you like best about Zoho People?

As a growing technology company, we really appreciate how comprehensive Zoho People is right out of the box. The centralized dashboard makes it incredibly easy to track attendance, manage leave requests, and oversee employee onboarding all in one place. The user interface is intuitive, which allowed our team at Foremark Technologies to adopt it quickly during our trial period without needing extensive training. What do you dislike about Zoho People?

Because the platform is so feature-rich, the initial setup and customization of specific approval workflows can feel a bit overwhelming at first. It takes a little time to navigate through the extensive settings (like User Access Control and Automation rules) to get everything tailored exactly to our company's specific operational needs. What problems is Zoho People solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using Zoho People to transition away from fragmented spreadsheets and manual HR management. It solves the problem of decentralized employee data by giving us a single source of truth for time tracking, performance evaluations, and leave balances.
