What do you like best about Zoho Payments?

What I like most about Zoho Payments is its smooth integration with the Zoho ecosystem and the simple setup process. It makes collecting payments easy and professional, especially for online services and digital products. The dashboard is clear, and tracking transactions is straightforward. What do you dislike about Zoho Payments?

One issue I’ve noticed is that after a client completes the payment, the confirmation page sometimes takes a longer time to load. Because of this delay, clients occasionally contact me to confirm whether the payment was successfully received. Zoho Payments helps me collect payments from clients in a structured and professional way without relying on multiple tools.
