I really like the Zoho ecosystem integration. Zoho Meeting automatically records webinars to the cloud and gives me a replay link I can email to no-shows the same day, so I don’t have to manage video files or worry about where recordings are stored. The dated shareable links also make it easy to keep our compliance audit trail, and our last audit took half a day instead of a week. Setup was fairly easy: I configured our account, applied our branding to the registration page, and ran our first webinar within a day. I didn’t need customer support beyond the help articles, and the one chat I had about recording storage was resolved in a minute. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Zoho Meeting’s features for large webinars a bit basic once attendance gets into the hundreds. Moderating Q&A, attendee engagement analytics, and green-room-style speaker prep feel limited compared with dedicated webinar platforms, which I notice for flagship marketing events. Breakout rooms are also limited: assigning participants and moving between rooms feels clunkier than with competitors, and I can’t pre-assign rooms before a session. Pre-assigning rooms and making it easier for hosts to move between them would make workshops smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
