I like Zoho Meeting’s recurring meeting scheduling. I can set up regular reviews without creating each session separately, and the established schedule makes it easier for staff to plan around shift changes. The chat follow-up needs more attention. Useful links can get overlooked once the conversation moves on, and I’d find a dedicated summary of shared links that I could copy into our handover notes helpful. The settings aren’t always where I expect, so I occasionally spend too long looking for an option I don’t use every day.
