I like that the dial-in phone option gives my warehouse staff clear audio even when their data connection is weak, and more of them participate once they’re not fighting their microphones. I also like the polls and Q&A tools: I use a quick poll to check whether a policy has landed, and the Q&A queue keeps questions organized instead of having people talk over each other. That gives me something concrete to show engagement in compliance training. The in-screen drawing tools help me point to the exact field on a shared screen when I’m walking the team through a process, which saves back-and-forth and makes it easier to share with participants. I run into participant limits on the lower plan during our all-hands, and I’ve had people locked out. The jump to the next tier is a big step in cost for a modest bump in seats. A mid-size seat option would fit companies like us better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
