I like that non-technical clients can join Zoho Meeting easily, and I appreciate the scheduling with built-in reminders. With client permission, I can record consultations and refer back to specific skin concerns when preparing treatment plans, which makes my written plans more accurate and personalized than handwritten notes. I find the video quality limits how much detail I can see when assessing skin texture, pigmentation, or healing progress. The resolution sometimes falls short, especially in varied lighting, so I’d like better high-definition video. I also can’t share treatment plans directly during a call, and moving between screen sharing and the plan document feels clumsier than it should.
