I like Zoho Meeting’s registration features and automated reminders for open workshop sessions. I also like being able to record sessions and store them in the cloud. Our coaches can review recordings before follow-up calls, and we can reuse workshop recordings as supplementary material without juggling separate storage. I use polls and Q&A to keep larger workshops engaged: polls give trainers a sense of where the group stands, and Q&A lets quieter participants ask questions without interrupting. I wish the breakout room controls were a bit more developed for workshop facilitation. Moving participants between rooms and bringing everyone back takes more manual effort than I’d like when preparing a small-group exercise.
