Zoho Invoice makes invoicing straightforward and organized. Creating professional invoices takes only a few minutes, and features like payment tracking, automated reminders, and customer management help reduce manual work. It keeps billing information in one place, making it easier to stay on top of payments and maintain accurate records without spending too much time on administrative tasks.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

Some features can take a little time to learn when setting up the system for the first time. Certain customization options are not always as flexible as expected, especially when trying to match specific invoice formats or workflows. It works well for day-to-day invoicing, but occasional adjustments require a bit of extra effort.

**What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Well, what I like most about Zoho Invoice is how easy it is to use. It is very intuitive, very easy to set up from the first moment, and they are constantly updating and adding some improvements that make my work easier.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

Sometimes, when I access the platform, it redirects me to the main part of the account and then to Zoho Inbox. I would like the access to be more direct, from a single address, so I can reach my dashboard directly without having to go through 2 or 3 steps before getting there.

**What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Invoice helps me keep billing up to date, manage taxes, and maintain a clear view of outstanding invoices. It allows me to send reminders to clients for timely payment.

It’s simple to use. It’s easy to create new clients, add notes, and send them emails and reminders.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

So far, there’s nothing I dislike. From what I can tell, their model seems geared more toward medium-sized businesses and large-scale corporate teams. I’m using it as a freelancer, so it would be great if ZOHO offered something specifically for freelancers like me at a more friendly cost. The freelance market also feels largely untapped and still lacks serious organisation when it comes to having proper systems in place.

**What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me keep track of my work and invoices, send payment reminders to clients, and, moreover, maintain my data in an organized way.

**What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?**

The best thing about zoho is it makes finances and book keeping a lot easy. Managing from Quotation to Invoices and the expenses helps me to keep tracking cash flows. Not only this, it makes me understand the Customer intent of payments through it's dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

Somehow, I’m disappointed with the GST column, as it takes a lot of time to push GST records. There’s also an issue with customer limitations, and I really wish they would increase the number of customers allowed in the free plan.

**What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned, Zoho Invoice has made my bookkeeping a lot easier. I don’t need to deal with too many technical or financial aspects to get things done. For a small business, it feels just right—simple, practical, and ready to use.

**What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?**

I like how Zoho Invoice helps me track payments properly and get them done right. It's also great for handling GST. I appreciate the tracking of all invoices in one place, which is very helpful. It's doing well with estimates, payment links, and received payments; the tracking is very well done. The initial setup was straightforward, thanks to the navigation tool, and we completed it very easily. I would recommend Zoho Invoice, especially because it allows for expense GST filing, and proper tracking of credit notes and everything else.

Sometimes after updating it will take some time to reflect I guess quick refresh should be done

**What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?**

I really appreciate Zoho Invoice for making my invoicing process smooth and doable. It's great that everything I need is under my fingertips, like sending invoices to clients, listing products, adding details, and including payment links. The fact that it's totally free gives me freedom and ease of use. I like the features that allow me to edit invoices, download them as PDF versions, and choose from different templates. It's also easy and straightforward to set up, even though I didn't know much about it initially.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

I wish we could have instant currency converter on it since I have clients from different countries and different currencies are required to issue the invoice.

I find Zoho Invoice really useful for creating invoices and sending them to customers effortlessly. All the invoices are made with zero errors and in the desired format, which is a big plus for me. I like how easy it is to send invoices to clients. It also accurately shows the AR balance, helping me share the correct outstanding amounts with customers. Zoho Invoice automatically creates invoices when renewals come up, so there's no need for me to remind myself. The initial setup was straightforward; I only needed to provide a few details to the ERP system, and it delivered accurate solutions regarding numbers.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

I find that the ledger statement is uploaded later than expected after invoice generation, which can be inconvenient. Also, the download form of the invoice should be available in Excel format as well, but currently, it's only available in PDF.

I use Zoho Invoice to create error-free invoices, making sending them to clients easy. It shows AR balances accurately, helping me share the correct outstanding amounts with customers. It automatically creates renewal invoices, eliminating the need for reminders.

The best part of the platform, in my opinion, is its discount and tax calculation section, which automatically handles my discounts and tax calculations.

The most helpful thing in this application is the payment management system. I can directly embed my payment QR code in my bill, which makes it easier for me to receive payments right away.

The main problems this software solves are handling handwritten bills and GST calculations, along with manual tax calculations and discount handling.

**What do you like best about Zoho Invoice?**

I use Zoho Invoice for generating invoices and keeping track of expenses. I like that it makes it easy to generate invoices, which would be tough and time-consuming using applications like Excel. Zoho Invoice does everything really well, like generating invoice numbers and providing a customizable invoice template where I can add details such as GST number and corporate identification number. It also offers a neat user interface to add invoice items, including quantity, GST details, and tax. All the invoices can be made GST compliant. There's also a contact system, allowing me to easily select a customer when generating invoices. It is also one of the best product in Zoho that is offered at free of cost. Overall functionality of Zoho Invoice is top-notch. It's exceptionally good software.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Invoice?**

Currently currency change isn't possible while generating invoices. All the invoices would have the organizational base currency and it is a problem. While this isn't a problem in Zoho Book and some of their other offering, being a free product, it comes with certain limitations.

**What problems is Zoho Invoice solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Invoice for generating GST compliant invoices, generating payment receipts, sending price quotes and tracking expenses. It simplifies invoice creation, automates numbering, and has a neat UI for adding items and taxes, making it much easier than using Excel to keep track of invoices.
