What do you like best about Zoho Desk?
Great support. They don't dump the product on you...I got a call from a support officer asking if my onboarding went well. Followed by personalized usage assistance emails. The product covers most of my business process management requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zoho Desk?
The interface could be made more fluid. It takes some time to get the flow. But apart from that we're good inside Zoho. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
