I especially appreciate how Zoho Desk helps by turning customer inquiries into support tickets, automatically assigning them, sending acknowledgment emails, and tracking every conversation from start to finish.
It allows a small business like mine to deliver professional, consistent customer service without needing a large support team.
Zoho Desk has several upsides, especially for Galaxvend LLC. Customers can receive an acknowledgment email immediately after submitting an inquiry, even when we are unavailable. Each customer inquiry is given a ticket number, which makes it easier to track requests and helps ensure messages don’t get overlooked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some downsides to using Zoho Desk. If you’re not a tech guru, you may find it very challenging. Configuring automation, email notifications, workflows, and integrations can be confusing, especially without technical experience. This also isn’t something you can simply ask a quick question about and move on; you really need hands-on experience to get it right. Without it, customers may not receive automated emails if sender verification, email authentication, or notification settings aren’t configured correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
