What I like most about Zoho Desk is that it brings all our support channels—email, chat, phone, and social media—into one clean, well-organized interface. This makes it much easier to track, prioritize, and manage tickets without constantly switching between different tools. The automation options, such as workflow rules and SLA management, also help reduce repetitive work and make sure nothing gets missed.
I also value the multi-department support, since it allows us to run different teams and processes within the same platform while keeping everything structured. On top of that, Zoho Desk’s integrations with other Zoho apps and third-party tools give it the flexibility to fit into our existing tech stack. Finally, the reporting and analytics dashboards are a real strength, providing clear visibility into ticket volume, response times, and agent performance. Overall, the value we get from Zoho Desk matches well with what we're paying. Compared to other help desk solutions in the market, the pricing is competitive, especially considering the range of features included—ticket management, automation, multi-channel support, and reporting all come bundled without needing costly add-ons for basic functionality. While some advanced features would require upgrading to a higher tier, the core plan already covers most of our day-to-day support needs. Considering the efficiency gains and better organization it has brought to our support process, I'd say it's a solid return on investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hello there,
Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback.
We understand that the initial setup and customization can feel complex, especially while configuring workflows and multi-department structures.
Could you please share which workflow configurations or department setup areas were difficult to complete, such as criteria/actions, assignment setup, layouts, permissions, teams, or department-specific processes?
Regarding the interface, kindly share which screens felt cluttered or slowed down onboarding for new agents, such as the ticket list, ticket details page, setup menu, reports, or automation pages.
For third-party integrations, let us know which non-Zoho tools you were trying to integrate and where the integration did not feel seamless.
Regarding reporting, you can share the type of advanced analytics or customization you expected, including the required metrics, filters, dashboards, or export format. This will help us validate the current possibilities and review where improvements may be required. You can drop an email to support@zohodesk.com.
