## Zoho CRM Reviews
 ### 1. A Cost-Effective, Turnkey CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rohit B. | Head of AI Advisory & Enterprise Business Development, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I use Zoho CRM to keep a record of my leads, my follow ups, and most importantly the notes about the client or prospect. It helps me know exactly which leads I'm working on, my focus area, and which are top priority. One thing I like is that I have a complete record on Zoho CRM, so I'm assured that my data would not be lost. Since I'm the administrator of the account, I can assign roles based on sales agents, marketing agents, and operations agents, so the role based access control is another thing I like about Zoho. The user experience is great. If you look at the flow and the workflow, you have the lead status so you know what status you're on with a particular lead, then the contact information, notes, add meetings, add notes, and run a report. All that makes it a complete turnkey solution for all my CRM needs. It keeps me on top of my follow ups. The lead status tells me exactly where my lead stands as of today. I can use the contact details when I have to send an email to a prospect or call my client. Once I've finished an activity like an email sent or a call, I can record the notes so I keep a record of where I am. For meetings, I can schedule them and it sends reminders ten minutes before so I'm aware. And reporting, from a management perspective, lets me send a detailed report to the CXO. I don't think there's anything that needs to be added. It's a perfect platform. We switched from HubSpot, and the most important factor was the ease of access to create a lead and follow up on the lead, and it's more cost effective. The setup was easy, none of it was difficult.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

{"I don't think so there's anything that needs to be added. It's a perfect platform."}

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho CRM to keep a record of my leads, follow-ups, and notes about clients. I know exactly which leads are top priority. My data won't be lost, and I can assign role-based access. It keeps me on top of my follow-ups.

 ### 2. Zoho is the read deal

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joan Pablo F. | Sales, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I use Zoho CRM to manage customer info, track leads, update deal statuses, and schedule follow ups. It solves the problem of keeping track of multiple customers and leads at the same time. What I like most is that it keeps everything in one place, and I like how easy it is to stay organized. It also helps me make money faster and easier. The features I use and value the most are the leads and deals modules, and the task and follow up reminders. I also rely on the timeline for all my customers. The initial setup was super easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

Nothing. Everything works perfectly fine.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of keeping track of multiple customers and leads at the same time. It keeps everything in one place and makes it easy to stay organized. It also helps me make money faster and easier.

 ### 3. User-Friendly, Feature-Rich CRM That Streamlines Work and Boosts Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suraj B. | Google Support Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

What I like best about Zoho CRM is its user-friendly interface, customization options, and wide range of features for managing customer relationships, sales, and support in one place. It helps streamline daily work, improve team collaboration, and automate repetitive tasks, which saves time and increases productivity. The integration with other Zoho applications and third-party tools is also very helpful for business operations.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

One downside of Zoho CRM is that some advanced features can feel complex and take time to learn for new users. At times, the interface can seem crowded, and customization setup may require technical knowledge. Customer support response time can also occasionally be slower than expected.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM helps manage customer data, track sales activities, and automate follow-ups in one platform. It improves team coordination, reduces manual work, and helps keep customer communication organized. This has increased productivity, improved response times, and made it easier to track leads and business growth.

 ### 4. Intuitive and Feature-Rich CRM

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina Y. | Program & Product Lead | US Executive Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I appreciate the ease of navigation and the helpful features in Zoho CRM. It's an intuitive platform, making it easy for me to keep all leads and clients in one place. I like that everything, including inventory, can be kept in one place, and I can even set sales goals for my employees. The search bar is also a helpful feature. The initial setup was easy, and I am thrilled with how it allows easy communication via email. I also appreciate their built-in AI tool in the email feature. Pricing is also affordable. As a nonprofit, we are price conscious, and they have a discount for nonprofits. I haven't tried any integrations yet but I am curious what functionality it can offer in that regard.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

It's quite a lot of features, so sometimes it takes a long time to navigate to where I need to go.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM provides an intuitive platform that keeps all leads, clients, and inventory in one place, making it efficiently easy to use.

 ### 5. Powerful and Flexible CRM for Growing Businesses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak K. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I've also found the ecosystem around Zoho CRM to be a big advantage. Being able to connect it with other Zoho applications helps reduce duplicate work and keeps customer information in one place. The Blueprint feature has been especially helpful for standardizing our sales process and making sure leads move through the right stages.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

I would also like to see more modern dashboards out of the box and additional prebuilt reports that require less customization. While the platform is very flexible, some common workflows still need more configuration than expected. Improving search speed and simplifying advanced settings would make the overall experience even better.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho CRM solves the problem of scattered customer data and manual sales tracking by bringing everything into one centralized system. It helps us manage leads, track deals, automate follow-ups, and get clear visibility into the sales pipeline. This has improved team productivity, reduced missed follow-ups, and made decision-making easier with real-time reports and insights.

 ### 6. Simple CRM that helps keep everything together

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bill L. | Vice President of Sales and Operations, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

We like that it brings sales, customer data, and workflow automation into one place without requiring a heavy technical setup. For teams that are still building their confidence with CRM systems, it’s intuitive enough that people can actually start using it right away, rather than spending weeks just trying to understand the platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

One of the main challenges is that while it’s easy to get started, it can become less intuitive as you move into more advanced customization. Once you start building more complex workflows, automation rules, or integrations, the platform can feel a bit fragmented and requires more time and experience to manage properly. Also we also find that the interface, while functional, isn’t always as polished or consistent as some of the higher-end CRM platforms. That can create a bit of a learning curve when users move between modules or try to understand where certain settings live.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From a Learning Brick point of view, Zoho CRM solves the problem of scattered customer information and inconsistent follow-ups by bringing everything into one system.

For us, the benefit is better visibility and accountability—everyone can see where a lead or customer sits in the process, which reduces missed steps and improves consistency.

It also simplifies training, because instead of teaching people to manage multiple tools or spreadsheets, we can focus on how to use one platform effectively to support better customer relationships.

 ### 7. Operational Excellence at Scale: My Experience Leading with Zoho CRM

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Francisco E. | Global Leader of Customer Success, Computer Software, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Honestly, what I value most is how Zoho CRM evolves from a simple database into a strategic ally. When you are managing teams across four different countries, the challenge isn't getting more data; it’s finding clarity. Zoho delivers that by allowing us to automate the 'busy work' through Blueprints. This shift is crucial because it empowers my team to focus on what actually moves the needle: building deep relationships with our Enterprise accounts, instead of fighting with a tool.

Let’s be real: a CRM is only as effective as the data your team actually inputs. If the interface is a mess, adoption fails. What I appreciate about Zoho is its balance. It is intuitive enough for my CSS team to navigate without needing a 50 page manual, yet it remains deep enough for me to extract the granular insights I need as a leader. Even under the pressure of heavy reporting or bulk updates across multiple regions, the performance stays snappy. It truly feels like a platform built for global scale, not just for startups.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

What I find most challenging is the "paradox of choice". Because you can customize almost everything, it’s easy to over engineer your processes. Also, while the support is generally good, getting a deep-dive technical answer for complex API integrations across multiple regions can sometimes take longer than our fast paced operation expects. It’s a powerful tool, but it definitely requires a dedicated pair of hands to keep it optimized as you scale.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most critical problem Zoho CRM solves for us is operational fragmentation. When you are leading Customer Success across four different countries, the biggest threat to growth is having your data and processes living in silos. Zoho acts as our global source of truth, allowing me to bridge the gap between our regional teams in Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia and beyond.

By implementing standardized Blueprints, we’ve moved away from the "everyone does it their own way" approach. This ensures that an Enterprise account receives the same high standard experience regardless of where they are located. For me, the real benefit is the transition from reactive to proactive leadership. Instead of spending my week chasing down spreadsheets for our COO, I have real-time visibility into our NRR and churn risks right at my fingertips.

From a systems engineering perspective, it solves the "static data" problem. We’ve been able to leverage its APIs to feed our custom Health Score models, transforming the CRM into a predictive engine. It no longer just tells us who our customers are; it tells us who needs our help before they even realize it. Ultimately, it gives my team the most valuable asset of all: time. By automating the administrative noise, my specialists can focus entirely on what actually drives value: building genuine, long term partnerships with our clients

 ### 8. Easy-to-Use CRM That Streamlines Data, Automation, and Sales Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Plino C. | Virtual Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

I like Zoho CRM because it is easy to use, helps organize customer data efficiently, automates repetitive tasks, and provide useful reports to track sales performance. Its integrations with other tools also improves productivity and teamwork.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

It can be difficult for beginners to learn, and some advanced features require more expensive plans. The interface can also feel cluttered when you are first getting started.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. It keeps customers information organized so that one can easily find contact details, previous conversations, and purchase history.

2. It saves time by automating repetitive tasks like sending follow-up emails, assigning leads, and creating reminders.

3. It enhances team collaboration by allowing everyone to access the same up-to-date customer information.

 ### 9. A simple yet powerful tool that help teams stay organized.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Akshada S. | Business Development Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

It is easy to use and doesnot take much time to get familiar with. It helps keep leads, customer details and follow-ups organized in one place. It is simple to navigate and keeps our sales process organized. The customization and automation features saves a lot of time. It is a good value for money and integrates well with the tools we already use within our organization.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

At times the interface can feel a bit cluttered, specially when working with multiple modules. Some advanced features take time to set up and the reporting options could be more flexible for specific business requirements.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us to keep all the sales and customer related relevant data in one place. It has made easier to make opportunities take followups on time and improve the overall team coordination which has helped us manage our sales process more efficiently.

 ### 10. Best software for client management and online business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vineet C. | Aux Subject Matter Expert (Social Media), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Zoho CRM?**

Here are some new features which Zoho CRM users have found beneficial.
* AI capabilities with Zia. Enhanced lead prediction, automation suggestion, email suggestions and sales forecasting tools.
* Stronger automation functionality. More fluid workflows, as well as, blueprints make repetitive tasks easier.
* Greater data visualisation and reports. Reports can be much more customised with greater detail and appear more intuitive.
* Better all-round omnichannel system for communication. Emails, phone calls, chat and social media conversations can be better managed in one space.
* Better integration links. Increased capability to integrate with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and other Zoho products.
* Better customisation, more advanced controls and improved UI. Improved layout and flexibility for module customization and automation setup.
* Enhanced performance and accessibility on mobile devices. Better useability for tasks such as viewing leads, assigning tasks and making changes to records.
A brief, review-style answer could read like this:
I have found the newer features like the automated learning and suggestions that come with Zia beneficial. The improved data visualisations are excellent and the ease of communication through an omnichannel platform is very valuable. Overall the platform now seems more unified, and easily adjustable to meet my needs.

**What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?**

There is potential to be much more consistent with UI across Zoho CRM and to streamline the learning curve for advanced customization options. It can get complicated very quickly to use some workflows/settings. Performance with lots of data, or with very customized modules, can suffer. And while third-party integrations and report configuration could always be more seamless, those would elevate the experience.

**What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It increases my lead convertion rate also it connects my clients more effectively.
