What do you like best about Zoho CRM Plus?

I appreciate Zoho CRM Plus for its affordability, ease of use, and the depth of features it offers. It's a multifunctional toolset that provides a unified marketing process, making it convenient to work with a large number of functions in one place rather than using several standalone products. The automation tools are excellent, and it links to many other things, providing a significant opportunity for integration with platforms like Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Google Workspace, and more. This integration aspect is a big win because it saves time and enhances productivity, especially in sales by providing a comprehensive view. The platform is flexible with licensing, allowing for easy scalability. Also, the initial setup, while not the easiest compared to Amazon Linux, was intuitive and manageable, which was very reassuring for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM Plus?

I feel the main drawback of Zoho CRM Plus is its slow support and the occasional server issues. The overall design seems busy and some menus and calendar tools can feel crowded, which could certainly be improved. The mobile offline mode also needs further development to be more effective.
