I have used Zoho CRM Plus for sales and marketing, and it's one of the best CRM systems I've used so far. I find it very helpful for easily managing leads from different platforms like Adwords and organic channels. The follow-up on leads is simple, and it offers a comprehensive 360-degree view of sales and marketing. I like that it is an integrated platform that helps us keep everything under a single roof. I particularly appreciate the 360-degree customer view, which is nice and good for tracking customer journeys and responding accordingly.
