## Zoho Commerce Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Store Management with Zoho Commerce

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Muhammad Sufyan N. | Manager, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

I like Zoho Commerce's user-friendly interface, which makes managing inventory easy for me. The drag and drop website builder and the clean dashboard are particularly beneficial, allowing me to navigate and update my store effortlessly without needing any technical skills. These features save me time and money because I don't need to hire a developer to make changes, and the clean dashboard helps me monitor my sales and inventory quickly every day. I also appreciate the integration with other Zoho apps, which makes my workflow very efficient. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward, with a step-by-step guide that helped me get the store running without any technical issues. Additionally, I find it integrates well with Zoho Inventory and PayPal for payments.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

The mobile app can be a bit slow sometimes, and I would like to see more advanced customization options for the store themes. Improving the customer support response time would also be great.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Commerce to build and manage my store, simplifying inventory management, processing orders, and automating operations. It saves time, offers a smooth checkout experience, and allows me to manage everything in one place.

  ### 2. Effective Automation with Limited Workflow Flexibility

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pranav N. | Market Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

I think the automation in Zoho Commerce is definitely the biggest plus. The seamless dashboard is also very valuable, as it doesn't only help to save time but also eliminates categories of operational risk and costs for our business. The platform controls and automates the complete lifecycle from when a customer places an order to on-time delivery notification with very little human intervention.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

I think the biggest issue for me with Zoho Inventory and order management is there is a serious lack of workflow customization. Zoho should remove or increase their limitations of the amount of workflows possible along with how much can be active at one time. A visual drag and drop workflow builder with nested conditions, parallel branches, and cross module triggers would eliminate the need to build multiple workaround rules just to replicate one logical process.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Commerce solves real-time stock synchronization and automates order updates, saving time and reducing operational risks and costs. It controls and automates the order lifecycle with minimal human intervention.

  ### 3. All-in-One E-Commerce Solution with Seamless Zoho Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kasik M. | Business Development Executive, Import and Export, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

I like how Zoho Commerce integrates seamlessly with the entire Zoho ecosystem—Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and Zoho Marketing. Everything connects natively, without messy third-party plugins, so our product data, inventory, orders, customer records, and accounting are all in sync automatically. This integration saves us time and reduces errors, as there's no need to manually update information across systems. I also appreciate its affordable pricing and easy-to-use backend. The admin panel is straightforward, allowing our team to manage products, run promotions, and fulfill orders without technical training. For a small to mid-sized business like ours, Zoho Commerce hits the perfect balance of simplicity and functionality.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

Some of the advanced customization options for the storefront feel limited, especially if you want to build a highly unique, branded design without coding. The default templates are functional but not very modern or flexible. We’ve also noticed that third-party integrations outside the Zoho ecosystem can be clunky compared to other e-commerce platforms. Certain payment gateways and shipping tools we use require extra setup or don’t sync as smoothly as we’d like.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Commerce helps us run our online store by managing product listings, inventory, orders, and payments all in one place. It integrates with Zoho apps, eliminating data silos and manual work, making our operations smoother, more reliable, and efficient.

  ### 4. Seamless Integration with Zoho Ecosystem, Room for Improved Analytics

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian R. | Business Intelligence Coordinator, Information Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

I like Zoho Commerce's deep integration with the entire Zoho ecosystem, which is its biggest strength for businesses already using Zoho apps. Having our online store, CRM, inventory, accounting, and customer support all connected in one unified workflow eliminates data silos, duplicate work, and messy third-party integrations. I also really appreciate its all-in-one nature—we don’t need separate tools for product management, checkout, payments, promotions, shipping, or order tracking. Everything we need to run our e‑commerce operation is built in, at a much more affordable price point than enterprise-grade alternatives. Additionally, the initial setup of Zoho Commerce was surprisingly straightforward and faster than we expected.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

Performance on the admin side can feel slow when handling large product catalogs or high order volumes, with occasional delays loading reports or filtering orders. Reporting and analytics are also solid for basic insights but lack the depth and visual customization of tools built specifically for e-commerce intelligence. One big area to improve is custom report builder functionality. We can’t easily create fully tailored reports across sales, marketing, inventory, and customer segments without relying on pre-built templates. A true drag-and-drop report builder that lets us combine metrics, filter by date ranges, customer types, or sales channels, and save those views for repeated use would make the analytics far more actionable.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Commerce to manage our online store, orders, and inventory in one system. It solved our issues with disconnected tools, reduced data entry errors, and saved us manual work by syncing our e-commerce workflow, inventory, and accounting automatically.

  ### 5. Effortless Setup and Seamless Zoho Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mohamed G. | Ticket Agent, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

I find Zoho Commerce to be very useful and effective, especially in the niche of local apparel brand stores. The setup just takes a few minutes without any need for coding experience. The ability to customize checkout and branding is a big plus. I really appreciate the integration with the Zoho ecosystem, which is streamlined, all-in-one, and centralized. It's also very easy to use, and I have already recommended it to a friend with an online store.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

Just only the API is very restrictive

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Commerce because the setup is quick and requires no coding. It allows me to customize checkout and branding, which is especially effective for local apparel brand stores.

  ### 6. Zoho Commerce: Powerful Order Management and Seamless Integrations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vikas S. | Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

i like zoho for order management and features are especially strong and order sync in real time and integrations with logistics partners and make shipping easy to manage for the businesses deal with multiple whorehouses or large number or product or sku this is a huge advantage and i have zoho due to zoho commerce offers excellent features at a much more affordable price and marketing tools like abandoned cart recovery , and analytics and crm integration help to improve conversions and overall the best part about zoho commerce is how it brings inventory and accounting all under one ecosystem.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

As i am a zoho user so i also dislike some option and features like the themes and templates are basic there are not many modern or stylish designs, which is not there in zoho and zoho ecmmrece has fewer apps and add-ons, if you need special features you may not fgind a plugin for it and inventory can be confusing for big stores with many product or multiple Warehouses and many users say the support team takes time to reply

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

zoho has solved multiple problems, like everything is in one place and zoho ecmmerce brings website ,inventory order payment CRM and marketing together and it saves time and reduces mistakes, and easy to manage products and stock it updates stock automatically when an order comes in and simple website builder i can create and update my online store without coding benefit,

  ### 7. Streamlined E-Commerce with Zoho Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil S.

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

The standout feature of Zoho Commerce is how it consolidates an entire business into one ecosystem. Its seamless integration with other Zoho apps like Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory is a massive time-saver, as the system automatically syncs sales, inventory, and accounting updates. The user-friendly 'drag-and-drop' website builder is intuitive, allowing for the creation of a professional-looking store without needing coding skills. It excels in handling localized payment and shipping solutions, making the 'order-to-delivery' process smoother. The built-in SEO tools are invaluable for helping a store get discovered without needing extra third-party plugins. Overall, Zoho Commerce works well and provides excellent value for money by reducing the need for multiple software subscriptions.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

The 'Theme Gap': I'm frustrated by the limited selection of templates in Zoho Commerce. There are only about 20-30 themes available, which can feel a bit 'cookie-cutter' compared to the hundreds on other platforms. If you want a very specific, cutting-edge look, you might need a developer to dive into the code. Ecosystem 'Lock-in': Zoho Commerce works great if you’re using Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory. However, using external tools like Xero or a non-Zoho warehouse manager makes integration complicated. Its third-party app marketplace is smaller than Shopify's, so custom API connections might be needed. Missing Specialized Features: Some basic e-commerce features are either missing or tough to set up, like support for digital products, product zoom & hover functionalities, and bulk management of product images. Support and Documentation: While Zoho’s support is generally earnest, response times during peak issues can be slow, and first-level agents sometimes struggle with specific Commerce-related technical bugs. Learning Curve for Advanced Tweaks: The drag-and-drop builder is easy for beginners, but achieving perfect designs requires understanding HTML/CSS, which can be challenging. Migration Difficulty: Migrating complex data like customer order history from platforms like WooCommerce or Magento can be a headache, often requiring manual cleanup.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Commerce streamlines operations by integrating website, inventory, and accounting in one platform, reducing manual data entry and technical barriers. It offers real-time inventory sync across sales channels, built-in SEO, and marketing tools, and lowers operational costs by avoiding third-party apps.

  ### 8. Zoho Commerce disappointed me when integrating it with Zoho Books

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

None of what is offered is very basic for the price.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

The visual editor is extremely slow and very limited, you cannot use fields that are already available in the product sheet and in the customer sheet, support responses are very basic.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You should fix the connection of the ERP ZOHO BOOKS with your online store, but it is preferable to continue importing data to other applications as we did with WIX, it is much faster to work with other applications than to do it with Zoho Commerce.

  ### 9. Seamless Zoho Integration and Effortless Store Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** NISHANT S. | IT-Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

What I like best about Zoho Commerce is its seamless integration with the Zoho ecosystem and how easy it is to manage an online store from a single platform. It offers built-in tools for inventory, orders, payments, shipping, and taxes, which reduces dependency on multiple third-party apps. The interface is user-friendly, customization options are flexible, and it’s cost-effective—especially for businesses already using other Zoho products.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

What I dislike about Zoho Commerce is that it has limited advanced customization and integrations compared to some larger e-commerce platforms. The number of third-party themes and plugins is relatively small, and certain advanced features—such as complex checkout customizations or highly tailored storefront designs—can be restrictive. Additionally, performance and flexibility can feel limited for businesses with very high traffic or complex e-commerce requirements.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zoho Commerce solves the problem of managing an online store efficiently without relying on multiple tools or platforms. It brings together product management, inventory, orders, payments, shipping, and tax management in one place.

This benefits me by saving time, reducing operational complexity, and lowering costs. The seamless integration with other Zoho applications like Zoho Inventory, Zoho Books, and Zoho CRM helps maintain accurate data, improves order tracking, and provides better visibility into sales and customer information—allowing for smoother operations and better decision-making.

  ### 10. Effortless E-Commerce Creation, Some Design Limitations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** VIGNESH B.

**Reviewed Date:** November 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Zoho Commerce?**

I use Zoho Commerce to create a complete e-commerce website effortlessly, without needing any coding skills. The product allows me to choose from various templates and easily add products, categories, banners, and pages to my site, making the customization of layout a straightforward process thanks to the drag-and-drop tools. The drag-and-drop builder is incredibly intuitive, simplifying the task of building an e-commerce site even if I lack coding knowledge. I find that Zoho Commerce has significantly accelerated my workflow, especially when under tight deadlines, as it enables quick project completion. Moreover, the seamless integration with Zoho Analytics and built-in reports makes it extremely easy to track sales, customers, products, and marketing performance, offering a comprehensive overview of my e-commerce operations. The overall setup was straightforward and user-friendly, making it accessible for newcomers. These features collectively enhance my efficiency and effectiveness in managing an e-commerce platform.

**What do you dislike about Zoho Commerce?**

I dislike that Zoho Commerce doesn’t allow tracking stock levels by individual warehouse. This limitation can be a dealbreaker for businesses with multiple fulfillment locations. Additionally, my online store may look too basic or similar to other sites, and I cannot design product pages the way I want, such as with zoom, layout, and dynamic sections.

**What problems is Zoho Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zoho Commerce to create e-commerce websites quickly without coding, saving time with its drag-and-drop tools and built-in analytics for tracking sales and marketing.
