What do you like best about Zoho Cliq?

What I like most about Zoho Cliq is that it keeps team communication organized without feeling overwhelming. Between channels, direct messages, and the built-in collaboration features, it’s easy to stay connected and quickly track down important conversations when you need them. What do you dislike about Zoho Cliq?

One thing I dislike about Zoho Cliq is that the interface can feel a bit cluttered, especially when you're part of many channels. Finding older messages or files isn't always as intuitive as it could be, and some advanced features have a learning curve.
