the interface can feel confusing at times. Since Zoho has so many products and connected options, it is easy to get lost between menus, settings, integrations, and campaign tools. For a marketing and tech development agency like HeyBlynk, the features are useful, but the overall UI could be simpler and more focused for faster campaign setup.
