What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?

it gives me all the important email marketing features in one place without feeling too expensive. I can manage contacts, create email campaigns, set up basic automations, and track performance like opens, clicks, and unsubscribes.

What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?

the interface can feel a bit complicated at first. Some settings are not very easy to find, and it takes time to understand how lists, segments, workflows, and templates all work together.

The email editor is useful, but it doesn’t always feel as smooth or modern as some other email marketing tools. Sometimes small formatting changes take more effort than expected Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zoho Campaigns solving and how is that benefiting you?

biggest benefit for me is the cost. It gives me the main features I need for email marketing without becoming too expensive, which is helpful for a startup or small business. I can run regular campaigns, test messaging, and stay connected with users while keeping marketing expenses under control. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
