I use Zoho Calendar for scheduling meetings and viewing my coworker's calendars to find the best availability. I appreciate that I can easily book meetings with my coworkers, and it automatically generates a meeting link, which simplifies my day. This way, I don't have to go back and forth with my coworkers about a meeting time or waste time generating a meeting link myself. The initial setup was very easy, and I find it quite useful overall. The ability to look at other people's calendars is a bit clunkier than Google Calendar. You have to click on other people's calendars on the sidebar, and if you have multiple selected at a time, it looks a bit overcrowded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
