"Deep Zoho Integration and a Great Multi-Timezone View"

What do you like best about Zoho Calendar?

I like Zoho Calendar best for its deep ecosystem integration; because it’s natively tied to Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM, I don’t have to waste time manually syncing appointments or jumping between apps to check a lead's schedule.

I also find the multiple timezone grid essential for coordinating between my operations in India and clients in Canada, allowing me to view two time zones side by side to avoid any 2 AM scheduling mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Calendar?

When managing multiple calendar sources; syncing with external platforms like Google or Outlook can feel sluggish and occasionally results in frustrating "ghost" events or sync delays. The interface feels dated compared to modern Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Zoho Calendar solves the fragmented schedule problem by centralizing my personal, team, and project based events into a single, unified view that syncs natively with my CRM and email. It eliminates the time-zone guesswork for my international clients, as the secondary timezone strip lets me instantly spot overlapping working hours between India and North America without manual math.
