"Zocks Saves Hours with Accurate Notes, Action Items, and Summaries"

5/5

What do you like best about Zocks?

I love Zocks because it is incredibly helpful to have accurate notes, action items, and summaries generated automatically. It allows me to stay fully engaged in conversations instead of worrying about capturing every detail. The transcripts are organized, easy to reference, and have saved me countless hours on follow-up work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zocks?

Occasionally a name, number, or nuanced detail gets transcribed incorrectly, so I still do a quick review before sending meeting notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zocks solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zocks has given me back the ability to focus on people instead of taking notes. I no longer worry about capturing every detail during a meeting because I know the conversation, key takeaways, and action items will be documented. As a result, I'm more engaged in discussions, my follow-up is more efficient, and I have greater confidence that important client details won't fall through the cracks.
