Being able to primarily sit in a visit with clients and have a human one-on-one interaction with them without having to constantly take notes or go to my computer. There are some misspellings I catch at times that are consistent and I haven't found a way to make it constantly spell certain words or people certain ways. Sometimes it also catches what I say as an advisor and puts it to the client, but this is rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
