Zocks has been a game changer at our firm - we have seen a great adoption rate across all of our advisors thus far in the first year we have been using it. The ease of use right out of the box but also having the further ability to customize for each advisor has been very helpful for each individual situation here. From an admin perspective, it has been a bit difficult trying to troubleshoot issues that specific advisors may be having local to their account. Not being able to troubleshoot it from my side and having to push all issues to the Zocks team can cause some bottlenecking & delays in answering advisors' questions.
