ziwo actually is really helpful and it is very easy to use also its implementation is very easy and we use ziwo all the time it has also many features and it helps us in our customer support service, it is easy for integration

ziwo sometimes is lagging and we facing technical issues

sound , they solve the sound issue also the network issue a lot of easy features helps usto use it and it is very flexible

**What do you like best about ZIWO?**

the voice quality is great also the user interface is easy to use and it's integration with our back office it working fast and the tools used during the call allow us to provide great customer support and I frequently use it during my shift

**What do you dislike about ZIWO?**

sometimes it's servers get down but it recovers quickly

**What problems is ZIWO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provided a great alternitave to communicating with the customer instead of our calling tool in the backoffice
