What do you like best about Zirous?

What do you dislike about Zirous?

It was a bit slow to start to get the training I needed to hit the ground running but once I was more familiar with Marketo and had a better grasp of identifying the issues and asking Zirous for exactly what I needed, the process and support became more efficient and streamlined. What problems is Zirous solving and how is that benefiting you?
