What do you like best about Zipy?

I liked the fact that it allows Session replay and error correlation (big win). Easier and quick to setup. Helps reduce back-and-forth between product & engineering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zipy?

Zipy is not a full analytics suite. The backend monitoring is weaker vs pure APM tools. Enterprise maturity may need validation - still building that 'brand'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zipy solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zipy solves the problem of not being able to see what users actually experience when things break, which makes debugging slow and inefficient.

It combines session replay with error logs, helping us identify and fix issues faster, reduce back-and-forth across teams, and improve user experience and conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
