I find the performance to be fairly smooth. It's not perfect, but it does match my resume to a fair degree. Thankfully, it's free to use, so I don't feel it's necessary to pay for a subscription. I haven't needed to use any support, as I have not needed to. The speed of ZipRecruiter is fantastic; I can apply to 20 jobs in the time it takes me to apply to 3 on other platforms. I appreciate not having to continuously reenter my work history or reupload my resume, unlike on other platforms. The initial setup was incredibly fast, it didn't even take longer than 2 minutes. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** What I don't like is the fact that you have to be on the lookout for all the low-quality or misleading postings.
