I like that you can connect with candidates through the messaging portal. It makes it easy to follow-up and schedule phone interviews/conversations. You also are able to do a lot of filtering by seeing how recent a candidate applied to a job which helps to let you know if they are actively seeking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish some of the candidates that are pulled in from the job posting were more relevant. I guess that's hard to control since everyone has the ability to apply to everything and answer qualifying questions how they want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
