The intake form is what I use most. Requests come in through one place and the right approvers get pulled in automatically, so we're no longer chasing people over email for sign-offs. The interface is clean, and I can see where a request is stuck without asking anyone. It also connects with the tools we already use, like our ERP and Slack, so approvals and updates show up where people already work instead of in yet another inbox. Pages load quickly even with a lot of open requests. Onboarding was straightforward, and the support team answered our setup questions quickly. The AI features help with things like pulling key details from vendor documents, which saves some manual entry. Overall it's cut down the back and forth on every purchase, and the time saved has been worth the cost for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The setup takes effort. Building approval workflows with the right conditions for each spend type or department took a few rounds of tweaking before it worked properly. Some reports are limited, so we sometimes export data to build what we need. Pricing can feel high for smaller teams, and a few of the AI suggestions needed manual correction. Adding custom fields or changing a live workflow also isn't always as flexible as I'd like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
