What do you like best about Zip Platform?

What I like best is that I can see the full history of a request without having to piece it together from emails. I can check what was requested, what information was provided, and where it is in the process. That's especially useful when someone comes back later asking why a request is still pending. I also find the interface pretty easy to work with once you get familiar with it. The request is laid out clearly, so i can et the information I need without going through a lot of screens. What do you dislike about Zip Platform?

One thing I'd like to see improved is the reporting side. The request information is easy enough to follow, but when I need to look at the data from a broader view or get more detailed reporting, the options feel a little limited. I sometimes have to work around the available reports instead of getting exactly the view I'm looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zip Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

One practical problem Zip solves for us is the back and forth when a request is missing information. Instead of having someone send another email asking for the details, the request stays in Zip, and we can see what information is still needed before it moves forward. It also gives us a proper history of the request, so later I can go back and check what was submitted, who approved it, and what happened next.
