The built-in privacy checks make it simple to follow German data rules without extra spreadsheets. The system reminds everyone about upcoming interviews automatically, which cuts out so many back-and-forth messages I used to send managers every week. The labeling tool for applicants isn’t flexible enough for our different job levels. I can’t stack tags to split intern, entry and senior candidates clearly. Writing recruitment emails inside the platform is limited too, so I end up drafting messages elsewhere and copying them over. When I upload multiple resumes at once, it occasionally messes up phone numbers and email addresses, meaning I have to fix each broken profile manually afterward.
