The visual tree builder is the standout for me. I can map a full troubleshooting or support flow by dragging nodes instead of hard-coding logic, and less-technical teammates can follow and edit it too. What used to live as scattered if/else documentation is now one clickable decision tree that people actually use in the moment. The best part is how fast I can turn a messy internal process into a live, clickable decision tree that plugs into the tools we already use. Instead of maintaining a separate wiki, updates go live in minutes and everyone works from the same consistent, step-by-step guidance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main frustration is performance on larger trees โ once a decision tree grows, the editor can feel sluggish and saving/loading takes longer than I'd like. Onboarding is also steeper than expected: the docs cover the basics, but more advanced setups meant a lot of trial and error, and I wished for more guided, real-world examples. Pricing scales up fairly quickly as you add seats, so it takes some planning to keep the ROI clearly positive. Lastly, the AI-assist features still feel early โ useful, but I'd like them to be smarter about suggesting node structure or flagging gaps in a flow automatically Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Tymian, thanks for the detailed review. Great to hear the visual builder is helping you turn scattered if/else docs into one clickable flow your whole team can follow and edit.
We hear you on the friction, too. The AI-assist gaps you flagged are top of mind. We'd love to hear more and share a few ways to ease those pain points.
