What do you like best about ZingHR?

What I like best about ZingHR is its intuitive and user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to navigate and complete everyday HR tasks. I used it for attendance tracking, punch-in/punch-out, leave applications, claims, and accessing payslips, tax documents, and other employee records. The onboarding experience was straightforward, and most features were easy to find without requiring additional guidance. It also kept important information such as leave balances, holiday calendars, company updates, and employee milestones in one place, making HR-related tasks more efficient and convenient. What do you dislike about ZingHR?

I had a generally positive experience with ZingHR, and there were no major challenges in my day-to-day use. Compared to some other HR platforms I have used, the interface was more intuitive and easier to navigate. If I had to suggest an improvement, it would be adding more customization options and enhanced reporting capabilities to provide greater flexibility for different organizational needs. What problems is ZingHR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using ZingHR, HR-related tasks such as attendance tracking, leave management, and accessing payroll documents often required navigating multiple systems or reaching out to HR for information. With ZingHR, everything was centralized in one platform, making it easy to manage attendance, apply for leave and claims, access payslips and tax documents, and stay updated on company information.
