"Everything we need for enablement in one place once we got used to it"
5/5
What do you like best about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Clean Navigation & Role-Based Layout: The top navigation bar (Training, Resource Center, Deal Registration, News & Webinars) keeps essential tools front and center. You don't have to wade through irrelevant menus to find technical collateral or sales enablements. Self-Paced Learning (Sectigo University): The integration with LMS modules is seamless. Taking courses and tracking certification progress is straightforward, and the portal remembers where you left off without confusing user flows. Fast Deal Registration: Submitting new opportunities through the "Register Deals Here" workflow is simple. The forms don't feel bogged down with unnecessary fields, which speeds up turnaround time for partner review. Resource Discovery: Finding co-brandable marketing assets and technical documentation in the Resource Center is quick, saving us from having to email channel managers directly for collateral. Reliable Performance: Load times are snappy whether streaming training videos or pulling down sales guides, and access via SSO makes jumping into the portal frictionless. What do you dislike about ZINFI Unified Partner Management (UPM)?

Too many clicks to find specific documents: The Resource Center is packed with content, but pulling up a specific whitepaper or an older training slide often takes three or four clicks through nested folders. A faster, smarter search bar on the main dashboard would save us a lot of time when a customer is waiting on technical details. Deal registration form can feel a bit rigid: When I'm trying to log a quick lead, the deal submission form asks for a lot of granular details right off the bat. It’s great for data accuracy, but auto-filling repeat account details or adding quick inline hints would make logging multiple deals back-to-back much less tedious. Initial curve for new team members: Because the platform handles so much—LMS certifications, marketing assets, deal tracking—new people joining our team usually feel a bit lost during their first week. A simple 30-second interactive tour on their first login would make onboarding way smoother. Recommendations could be more proactive: The system runs fast and stable, but it would be great if the homepage automatically surfaced collateral related to the last deal I registered or course I finished, rather than making me search for related assets manually. The SSO integration is seamless—we log in using our usual corporate credentials without having to manage another password. Under the hood, data flows cleanly back and forth with major CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. When we log a deal or complete a certification, the platform automatically updates records without us having to resubmit information or double-check if the channel team got it. The real payoff here is sheer time saved. Instead of trading endless emails back and forth with our channel manager to register deals, request collateral, or verify training progress, we can handle it all ourselves in minutes. It cuts down on administrative back-and-forth, speeds up deal approvals, and lets our team focus on closing opportunities rather than managing logistics. The built-in recommendations actually help with daily prep. Rather than making us search through a massive file repository, the system intelligently surfaces relevant sales sheets, battle cards, and technical docs based on our user profile and active deal stages. It keeps the most relevant enablement tools right in front of us when we're prepping for customer calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
