What do you like best about Zinc?

Integrated with our ATS, so the process is always automated. The reporting is clear, and the references provide a greater level of detail than standard HR checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zinc?

I’m not able to download the report when it’s only partially completed. I’d like to be able to download a copy ahead of the start date even if not every check has finished by then, and then let the remaining checks complete in the background. I’m also not able to speak to a human about a specific individual’s report. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Zinc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Automated right-to-work checks, background checks, reference checks, and all PES checks. From an admin point of view, the automated triggers make it easy to initiate the PES checks at the right time. This helps ensure we stay compliant and maintain robust checks on our employees without slowing down our fast-paced hiring, while also removing a lot of the admin work on our side.
