It's an intuitive and easy platform, the support is also great and very quick compared to other providers. The answers are always reliable and trustworthy especially when dealing with different countries. I also like the latest tool about reporting, it makes our life in administrator much much easier! Sometimes it's a bit hard to be transfered from the chatbot to a real agent, the chatbot sometimes keeps answering instead of transfering Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
