I can filter by the number of bedrooms or bathrooms, or check if a property has multiple buildings on one lot. These filters make it easier for me to find multifamily properties I can rent out while living in one unit. Most things are listed that I need, though I usually look at the apartment's actual website for more security, once I've found a listing I like. **What do you dislike about Zillow?** I don't feel like I see every public listing on Zillow. It's vastly different from what's on apartments.com or realtor.com. I know homeowners have to choose to list with Zillow but sometimes it feels very biased. **What problems is Zillow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zillow has been the bread and butter of my apartment search this year! The salesperson assured me that all leads would be qualified, and that the process would include screening potential buyers by asking important questions such as whether they were working with an agent, their timeframe to buy, and whether they were pre-approved or paying cash. I was also told I would have a dedicated account manager. However, once the leads started coming in, it quickly became apparent that they were not qualified. Many leads were already working with other agents, while others were just browsing and had no intention to buy. When I raised this issue with your team, I was met with poor excuses. I repeatedly contacted my account manager, but my calls went unreturned, and when she did respond, it was days later with unhelpful responses, claiming they would look into the matter, but no action was taken. As the poor-quality leads continued, the level of service from my account manager deteriorated further. Eventually, I managed to speak to a supervisor who informed me that my account would be canceled due to dissatisfaction. Despite this, I was recently contacted by Zillow, attempting to offer me another service, which I declined. Now, I am receiving collection calls and emails, harassing me for payment on an account that was never serviced properly. This situation has become unacceptable. I strongly believe Zillow has failed to deliver the services promised and is engaging in dishonest practices, taking advantage of real estate agents. I expect immediate resolution of this issue and the removal of any charges from my account. Please confirm receipt of this email and provide a solution to prevent further escalation. Becoming a Zillow premier agent **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** David Jill C. | Realtor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 26, 2024 **What do you like best about Zillow?** This was a very bad and stressful experience from the very start to the day we cancelled the account. **What do you dislike about Zillow?** We became Zillow Premier agents 5/29/24. Our first experience was a showing "no show," that was double booked with another Zillow agent, at the same property, 30 minutes prior. Agent support could not explain how this could happen. We agreed to paying $800/month for 4 leads who Zillow said would be verified pre-screened, pre-qualified leads that are ready to buy and are requesting to book appointments. This lead counted as one. With multiple calls, emails, and an escalation to supervisors, Zillow still has no explanation how this happened. They have now credited $250.00 for this one lead. In 2 months, we have had 2 bookings, both no shows. 2 calls were customers who already have agents, 2 calls were customers who requested to speak with listing agent only, 1 who pushed button to speak with for sale by owner, and none who were pre-qualified or ready to buy. In addition, we had multiple messages that we had missed a Zillow connection call, though our phones did not ring. We connected two phones to our account to ensure that we didn't miss calls and troubleshooted re-uploading app, resetting phone options, etc. and could still not answer calls once they did ring. Each of these went against our answer % rate and showed as missed or declined. When we received other calls they repeatedly failed to connect though we answered every time. We reported this multiple times through calls and emails and requested a refund. Agent support assured us that they were working to resolve and app was being updated and problem was being reported to their engineers then committed to follow up but would not return calls nor have ever provided compensation. Each failed lead was a missed opportunity to connect with a potential client which is impossible to put a price on. None of this was due to our phone system or lack of understanding how to answer. Our phone works perfectly for our other lead system and agency calls. The whole platform is Very unprofessional and a complete waste of money Sent from Mail for Windows **What problems is Zillow solving and how is that benefiting you?** None, they refused to help or compensate us.
