What do you like best about ZigZag?

Zigzag has supported our 7 brands for many years. We have also onboarded new brands over the last few years, and the process has always been quick, seamless, and easy. Our customers want a really easy solution to return goods, minimal input and easy to understand. Zigzag offer this customer facing solution. Zigzag are forever innovating and opening our eyes to new ways to manage returns. In the background we get to choose the carrier services we want, all the data we can manage and account management that suits our culture. What more do you need! What do you dislike about ZigZag?

What problems is ZigZag solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted to provide a returns service where the customer could pay for the return upfront to avoid complex and confusing refunds. Zigzag resolved this for us. We wanted to provide a refund to a gift card or store credit - we are looking to implement this very very soon. We wanted our returns data in one place - Zigzag offer that solution Access to multiple returns carrier with competitive rates. Customer facing portal that looks and feels like our brands.
