What I like best about Zigpoll is the ease of setting up and targeting surveys across different channels like our website and email campaigns. The survey editor is very intuitive, and the ability to trigger popups based on user behavior (like post-purchase or exit intent) helps us capture high-response feedback. The built-in analytics dashboard is clean but could be improved with more advanced reporting features, such as automated sentiment analysis for open-ended text answers.
