What do you like best about ZigiOps?

The platform handles complex data transformations really well. We have some pretty specific requirement. We wanted only incidents assigned to specific support engineers, created after a set date, synced from BMC Helix into Jira for development follow-up, avoiding a full data dump. ZigiOps gives us the flexibility to implement those exactly as needed without any coding. The performance has been consistently good even during peak usage periods. I also appreciate that the product continues to be updated with new features and improvements on a regular basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ZigiOps?

The documentation could be better organized. Finding information about specific configuration options sometimes requires searching through multiple sections. The onboarding process was more involved than I expected and we needed more support during the initial setup than we anticipated. However, the ZigiWave support team were very responsive and nice. What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a specific use case that we wanted to automate, as we were spending too much time and resources doing the process manually. Custom code was not an option for us, because we wanted to avoid the maintenance and engaging full-time engineers for it. Also, every system update risked breaking our custom code.
