What do you like best about ZigiOps?

The support team has been excellent throughout our implementation. They really know their product and helped us navigate some complex configuration scenarios. The integration capabilities are very extensive and we were able to connect systems that we previously thought would be impossible to integrate. The bidirectional sync works flawlessly and we haven't experienced any data loss or corruption issues. The platform also seems to handle concurrent operations well without any bottlenecks. What do you dislike about ZigiOps?

The interface could be more user friendly and intuitive for less technical users who just need to monitor integrations rather than configure them. Some advanced features feel hidden and you need to know exactly what you are looking for to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ZigiOps solving and how is that benefiting you?

We were struggling with incident management across our organization because alerts and issues were being tracked in multiple different systems. This created confusion about what was being worked on and who was responsible for what. ZigiOps helped us centralize our incident workflow by automatically routing alerts from monitoring tools into our primary ticketing system and then keeping everything synchronized across all platforms. The benefit has been better visibility into our operational status and faster resolution times because everyone is working from the same information.
