What do you like best about Ziflow?

Straight forward approach to the software, easy to use for me and my clients. I really enjoy the communication that ziflow allows with my clients, instead of having to email back and forth. I have seen this proofing process work for over 1 year and I am just amazed at how much more I enjoy keeping everything in one place. I do wish I wouldn't get so many emails from the proofing software, but that is minor compared to the output I get of approvals! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ziflow?

Customer service availability could use some love. I usually just have to leave a message and sometimes I don't always get a call back. I would love to see a desktop notification for when someone comments or responds to a proof rather than an email. I think it would be more beneficial to turn it into a desktop app to streamline the process better! I also wish their was a way to make the clients views easier. I always seem to get an email back from the clients instead of a comment on the actual software. I wish there was a way to help figure out that process better. It may just be me too, Not sure what I can do to help that situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Ziflow:

Upgrade the best plan if possible. There are more features to use with that that I wish I had. If you don't understand a feature make sure to reach out to the customer service team, or YouTube to help find your answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ziflow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Saving space on my computer. I was having to download a PDF of the design then email it to the customer. This has made the process a lot smoother! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
