What do you like best about Zest?

I like the interface, the design and the overall gamification/questionnaire format. I think it's super easy to use and it makes me trust my company more since they use this to make sure we as employees are feeling well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zest?

In smaller teams, it can be hard to understand whether the anonymity settings work. For example, if I mark that I want to be anonymous but am in a team or three, it will probably be quite clear who wrote what to the manager. Especially if not everyone wants to be anonymous. What problems is Zest solving and how is that benefiting you?

Make sure employees are happy with the workload, colleagues and tasks. Provides a safe space to share your experiences and opinions, which is extra important during uncertain times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
