I like the UI the most. It's very easy to navigate and easy to teach new engineers. The setup was extremely easy and straightforward, and their support continues to be the best out of all our partners in the MSP space. ZeroTek allows us to manage all of our clients from one platform without having to share privileged credentials with everyone in the company. Some changes in ZeroTek can be delayed or require you to select the same option twice. For example, adding someone to a group doesn't reflect immediately. You might add the same user again before the change appears. I think this is more about operating within Okta's API, but any improvements here could make ZeroTek feel snappier and more responsive.
