I find ZeroFox easy to implement, with an elegant dashboard for custom work. Its cloud-based, provider-agnostic APIs connect directly to our social media, so we can connect and test quickly, analyze native posts almost instantaneously, and resolve keyword conflicts in the moment. It helps protect our brand by suppressing toxic or negative content so conversations around our posts can stay robust. When we have escalations, they’re often handled within the first 20 minutes. The team is easy to work with and understands our business. They communicate well, care about our success, are flexible with the product and pricing, and are open to collaboration and new ideas. We have a strong relationship with our TAM and sales team. Setup was exceptionally simple and took several days at most.
