I like ZeroFox's tools for phishing and domain takedowns, which efficiently identify and address unauthorized portal domains and send automated takedown requests. This feature is crucial as it saves time by removing the need for manual follow-ups. I also appreciate the centralized trade dashboard, which consolidates alerts related to domain spoofing and file leaks into a single visual queue, making it easier for our team to manage threats without needing to juggle multiple tabs. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, taking less than a week and involving straightforward processes for uploading necessary design and domain lists without any issues. What I really don't like is the false positives on authorized render partners. The first scanning engine occasionally flags authorized architectural visualization partners who have permission to hold our 3D CAD files, which requires our team to whitelist vendors manually. This issue has become a problem because even when more than 100 whitelisted vendors have been cleared, they still get flagged. I think they need to configure the detection for the fast scanning a bit more, so the false positive results will be much easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
